Collards - Slow cooked southern greens with bacon

House made, heritage breed Pork Roll, sourkraut, spicy mustard

10 spice chicken over lightly seasoned rice: garlic, chili, cirtus, bay curry marinade - slowly cooked in rich creamy braising liquid until falling off the bone 

Duck Buns - Braised duck with cucumber pickled radish, baby greens, cilantro and chili aoili rolled in Laffa

Pork Belly Buns - slow braised pork belly, chili aoili, and baby greens rolled in our housemade Laffa bread

L215 Burger - 5oz. grass-fed local beef burger topped with local mushrooms & Bleu cheese on a Brioche bun- with the option to add pork belly or bacon

Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder over creamy polenta grits

Duck Confit- Local duck legs salted and slowly poached in their own rendered juices
